Talk Wisely Platforms Private Limited uses the following third-party providers to operate and deliver our services. All sub-processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements and are prohibited from using customer data to train AI models.
Talk Wisely Platforms Private Limited ('Talkwisely') uses the third-party providers listed on this page to operate and deliver our services. These providers process personal data on our behalf as sub-processors.
All sub-processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that: limit data use to the specific contracted purpose; require security standards equivalent to those described in our Privacy Policy (talkwisely.io/legal/privacy); and prohibit selling, disclosing, or further processing personal data for any other purpose.
We will notify customers of material changes to this list — including the addition of new sub-processors — via email or in-app notification, with reasonable advance notice to allow customers to exercise any objection rights under their DPA.

Purpose: Core cloud infrastructure, database storage (Amazon RDS), file storage (Amazon S3), transactional email, SMS and WhatsApp messaging infrastructure, analytics processing, and general compute.
Data processed: All customer data — including account information, call recordings, transcripts, AI-generated outputs, billing data, and connection logs.
Regions: Multiple AWS regions. Customer data is stored in the customer's designated region. EU/EEA data: EU regions only (eu-west or equivalent). India data: ap-south-1 (Mumbai) or equivalent. Data does not leave the designated region.
DPA status: AWS Data Processing Addendum in place.
Certifications: ISO 27001, SOC 2, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, PCI DSS, HIPAA-eligible.
The following providers power Talkwisely's AI analytics features including call transcription, sentiment analysis, call summaries, agent coaching, call scoring, keyword detection, and customer intent detection. All providers are contractually prohibited from using customer data to train, fine-tune, or improve their models. Data training is turned off by default on all integrations.
Purpose: AI inference for call summaries, conversational analytics, and agent coaching features.
Data processed: Call transcripts and conversation text (no raw audio transmitted).
Training restriction: Anthropic is contractually prohibited from using customer data to train models. Confirmed disabled by default.
DPA status: Anthropic commercial API DPA in place.
Purpose: AI inference for analytics and natural language processing features.
Data processed: Call transcripts and conversation text (no raw audio transmitted).
Training restriction: Model improvement disabled by default under Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
DPA status: Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum in place.
Purpose: AI inference for analytics features.
Data processed: Call transcripts and conversation text (no raw audio transmitted).
Training restriction: Training disabled by default under OpenAI API data processing addendum.
DPA status: OpenAI API Data Processing Addendum in place.
Purpose: AI inference for analytics features.
Data processed: Call transcripts and conversation text (no raw audio transmitted).
Training restriction: Customer data training prohibited under xAI enterprise DPA.
DPA status: xAI enterprise DPA in place.
Purpose: Real-time and batch speech-to-text (STT) transcription of call audio.
Data processed: Call audio (temporary — audio is not retained by Deepgram after transcription is returned).
Training restriction: Customer audio is never used to train or improve Deepgram models. Contractually prohibited.
DPA status: Deepgram Data Processing Agreement in place.
Purpose: Speech-to-text transcription and audio intelligence features (topic detection, sentiment, chapter summaries).
Data processed: Call audio (temporary — audio is not retained by AssemblyAI after processing is returned).
Training restriction: Customer audio is never used to train or improve AssemblyAI models. Contractually prohibited.
DPA status: AssemblyAI Data Processing Agreement in place.
Purpose: Payment processing for international and EU/EEA customers.
Data processed: Billing contact information and payment method details. Talkwisely does not store full card numbers — these are tokenised and held by Stripe.
Region: EU (Stripe processes EU payments in EU infrastructure).
DPA status: Stripe Data Processing Addendum in place.
Certifications: PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider.
Purpose: Payment processing for India customers.
Data processed: Billing contact information and payment method details.
Region: India.
DPA status: Razorpay Data Processing Agreement in place.
Certifications: PCI DSS compliant.
Purpose: CRM system for managing sales leads and marketing contacts.
Data processed: Lead and marketing contact data only (name, email, organisation, job title, phone number). No customer communications data is stored in Pipedrive.
Region: EU.
DPA status: Pipedrive Data Processing Agreement in place.
Retention: Lead data is deleted within 12 months of collection or upon request.
Purpose: PSTN connectivity and telephony infrastructure.
Important note: Talkwisely integrates with telephony carriers selected and contracted directly by the Customer. These carriers are not Talkwisely sub-processors — they are engaged by and under the Customer's control.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their carrier's data handling, privacy, and compliance terms independently.
Every sub-processor listed above is required under their DPA with Talkwisely to:
Process personal data only on documented instructions from Talkwisely.
Implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
Not sub-process further without prior written authorisation from Talkwisely.
Delete or return all personal data at the end of the service relationship.
Provide all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with their data processing obligations.
Never sell, disclose, or use personal data for any purpose beyond the contracted service.
Never use customer data to train, fine-tune, or improve AI or machine learning models.
Talkwisely will notify customers of material changes to this sub-processor list — including the addition of new sub-processors — via email or in-app notification, with at least 14 days' advance notice where practicable.
Customers who have a DPA with Talkwisely may object to a new sub-processor within 14 days of notification by contacting dpo@talkwisely.io.
